Faculty & Staff
Nativity Prep Academy offers small class sizes for students. We have five full-time, salaried master teachers and three intern teachers. Our student-teacher ratio is 8:1.
Our teachers come to Nativity Prep from colleges and universities throughout the U.S. Intern teachers commit to working full-time with us for one or two years. In exchange for teaching, they receive a monthly living stipend and a monthly housing stipend. Most of our master teachers started as interns and were hired at the end of their internship, after they completed their graduate studies. Others have come from other graduate education programs and from other private and public schools, locally and nationally.
